UPDATE ON 5TH CONVOCATION
Fifth convocation ceremony of Bahria University
Islamabad Campus is being held on 11 July 2009 at Jinnah Convention Centre
Islamabad (JCC). Graduates, who have recently
registered themselves,
are eligible to attend the convocation ceremony.
Detailed
instructions:
v
Rehearsals will be held at 1500 Hrs on
Friday, 10 July 2009 at Jinnah Convention Centre Islamabad. Your presence in the scheduled rehearsals is compulsory for
attending the convocation. Please bring your Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) and 02 photographs
(size 1 x 1) for participating in the rehearsals.

Dress
for the rehearsal will be lounge suite/National with dress shoes. No casual
dress (i.e jeans, joggers and T-shirts) are allowed.
v
Graduating
students are permitted to invite only two guests as per information provided on
the Registration form.
v
Invitation cards
for the students’ guest will be issued upon completion of the rehearsal on pm 10
Jul 09.
v
For your
convenience, gowns will be provided on rental basis @Rs.200/= (for 48 hours
only) with security deposit of Rs.500/= (refundable) through collection point being
arranged at the JCC Islamabad. Each
graduate will be responsible to collect and return his gown.
v
Please advise your guests to bring their CNICs
cards. No individual will be allowed to enter the JCC Islamabad without showing
his/her original CNIC Card and Invitation card.
v
Rector
will address the graduating students on the day of rehearsal.
v
Cell phones are NOT allowed.
