Dear students!
Please be informed that the newly
generated computerized seating plan will be introduced w.e.f
Midterm Examination Spring 2009 semester.
The same will be uploaded on University’s website for information of all
students one week before commencement of the midterm examinations scheduled w.e.f 06 April 2009.
Please note that it will be the entire
responsibility of students to check their allocated seats in advance. This
seating plan has been developed on the basis of total number of students
actually registered in particular subjects and will be changed on daily basis(i.e the examination halls and seating arrangement for every
student will be different every day). It is therefore very important for each
student to know his seat number for all days of exams.
Following
categories of students will not be accommodated in the seating plan; as such, they
will
NOT
BE ALLOWED TO SIT IN THE EXAMINATION:
a.
The
students, who have not submitted all pre-requisite documents.
b.
The
students, who have not deposited their dues upto 26
March 2009.
c.
The
students, who are not registered for the courses through their respective
departments and attending classes without any registration (i.e
their names have not been included in the computerized attendance sheets).
d.
The
students, attending classes in sections other than actually allocated by their
departments.
All
students falling in above categories or their names are not included in the
computerized attendance sheets are advised to contact their respective Course
Coordinators / HODs immediately.
List
of students, who have not paid their dues is displayed
on the notice boards.
